After i finished my ppsspp's setting,I try to play online with friends.There is some connection issue in the lobby while i try to connect with friends.
It shows up like this:

New dedicated Adhoc server

I have set up a dedicated (both in terms of the PPSSPP server being dedicated and the actual server hardware) server for use with PPSSPP and would love to make more friends! PPSSPP Freeze Multiplayer - PC -

When I host a server on my android phone, the ad-hoc multiplayer works fine. However, when I try to host on my PC everything freezes. Does anyone know what to do with this? I tried looking for it I can't find it. It's either I'm blind or they don't work.

Hate to clutter the board with another networking thread, but I can't find a solution to this issue.

I'm running the latest version of PPSSPP (1.8.0) on Manjaro Linux and I have everything set up according to this guide. Yet, when I try to enter the Online Gathering Hall, PPSSPP freezes. Aside from this the game runs flawlessly.

Digging around on this site I noticed a few keyterms pop up, such as "pspnet_miniupnc.prx" and "PAUTH files," but little relevant information. Also other people having this same issue (e.g. threads 24684 & 23939) without consistent fixes. Is my .ISO the issue? Is it PPSSPP? Is it my networking config?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Whenever I try to open the mission selector in my Android phone the emulator just freezes ....however I realized that if I turn off "enable networking/WLAN" the freezing issue gets fixed but I need to play multiplayer what should I do please help!!

My phone -(realme 1 running on colorOS 6)

Hello, I have adhoc working in tekken and other games, however I cannot get it to work in this game, I go to the multiplayer station, and create game, but it stays on accessing network. Us this game compatible? Or do I need to change a setting?

Greetings people, since I seem to be the only one to know how to actually play LCS and VCS multiplayer on the PPSSPP, I'm here to show you how you could as well. Albeit a bit difficult, But it DOES work.

As the host, start the MP game and look at the loading bar. Once the loading bar has reached 1 single square, hold the unthrottle/speedhack button until the loading bar has reached max, release the button and wait for the game to load. If you did it correctly, you'll be able to play!

I've also been trying to figure out ways to potentially patch whatever is going on in the loading screen that disconnects you, but I'm not the best in these cases, I just know how to work around it. If anyone's good with patching/hacking games in this way, and want to maybe revive these good old games then please contact me! Smile

Unable to enter the connection battle.
Operating system: windows7
Problem details: can enter the character selection, disconnect when exchanging battle information
Conclusion: Looking for optimization, I hope to be able to play for two people early.

I have tried to get this game to hook up via ad hoc LAN -- on separate, local PC's, and on the same PC (using this method)... But, have had no luck.

The furthest I've gotten is:

• creating a lobby ("Club House") with the host player, with the second player unable to find the lobby (*the host cannot interact in the lobby, only hard reset the emulator from there... so, I'm unsure as to whether the lobby is created proper)
• the game locking up at the "Initializing Network" prompt, just as the lobby is being created (*this tends to happen when using a single PC, via the 127.0.0.1 loop-back method)
• tested with 1.6.3, 1.7.4, 1.8, 1.9 and 1.9.3 builds
• tried different port offsets "0", "5000", "8000" and "8800"

So, is it possible to play this game via LAN-- either through two, local PC's plus router, or even on a single PC? Or, is Hot Shots / Everybody's Tennis: GaG not yet compatible with PPSSPP ad hoc multiplayer...?

why does gitaroo man refuse to go into multiplay mode on android? i set everything up and all it does when i select one of the 3 options, it just cancels out after showing the "network initialized" text on screen. Its frustrating because it works perfectly on my laptop. My pc is a lenovo ideapad and my phone is an lg aristo 2. My current PPSSPP version is 1.8.0
