After watching a few tutorials, I changed the IP of my android phones and changed the MAC. But still - it won't work. Do you have any idea?

[MHFU] Socket Error(113)
Hello.
So recently i started to play MHFU with my friend and wanted to grind from scratch together , ive set up all the things required to start multiplayer LAN (from stickied thread)
the first time i did it it works fine and i can play quests at the online GH with my friend
until we are going to play again i cant seem to join online GH anymore ,it says Socket Error (113) couldnt connect to 192.xxx.xxx.xx/etc does anyone have encountered the same problem as i am? ( i've tried googling but its still the same)
here's what i did:
-We are playing on PC(host) - Android(client)
-We are using build-in AdHoc server
-i did everything as told at the stickied on how to set up LAN connection
(i've allowed inbound and outbound connection for ppssppwin64.exe)
-ive disabled fast memory on both device(if thats the case)
-Same Adhoc IP server Host-Client
-PROadhoc server checked on only the host
-Host(PC) started ppsspp first then client(android)
-both using same version of ppsspp 1.6.3
-both device near each other
host able to enter GH just fine but the client cant(few second loads and 'a communications error occured')
can anyone tell me what i did wrong? it was perfectly fine until the second time(few hours later) we tried to play ,
what does this socket error 113 means?

Gta Chinatown wars - rockstar social club acount linking?
Does anyone know how to link a rockstar social club account with ppsspp on android 7.0 (nougat)
This is all i get and everything is put in correctly (my email address and password are in i have confirmed my account [with the email] i used the url from the game to sign up and my psn, x-box live and twitter accounts are linked so i dont know why it does not want to work).
I cannot find anything that works on youtube.

mhfu online gathering hall issue
When me and a friend went to play mhfu we went to the online gathering hall however when he pressed circle to go to the online hall the game freezes for around 10 seconds then gives an in game error saying that there was a communication error, this all happens before he can select a gathering hall to join
we followed the tutorial found on the forums so that should be fine
any help is greatly appriciated

Patapon 3 multiplayer party
Hello.
We've tried to play Patapon 3 [EU] using PPSSPP in multiplayer, but with two players (host+client) it gliches to 1st player (which are host's - second player can't control it's own character, skills gliches, etc). With fix two players can play it.
When tried to play with 2+ players all players are losing connection.
The game are licensed from PSN, eboot.pbp format, not modyfied. Code: UCES-01421

Hello there, i having some trouble to play now online with those games, before when it was coldbird i had no problem, now all things have changed..
For exemple when i use black-seraph.com on my PSP and PPSSPP i have a black screen after entering in "Adhoc" mode..
When i use myneighborsushicat.com i can make a game, and on the web site that see me.. But nobody (friends) can join me and same issue for us (On PSP that do an error)
When using hamachi i have errors too..
So what can i do ? I have DMZ activated for my computer for PPSSPP and UPNP activate for PSP..
