Is it possible to adhoc play with Gundam Seed Rengo vs Zaft(ULJM05238)?

I attempted ad hoc play of this game with a friend, but I get an error on the lobby screen. Can you tell me how to adhoc play in this game?

The version of PPSSPP used the latest 1.6.3.
